In a divorce action, in Waco, Texas, we represented a woman accused by her husband of everything from being a lesbian to engaging in sadomasochistic sex. We had to convince a Wace jury that she was still a good mother, and should get custody of both of her children. The father had assumed custoy of the children over one year prior. We were up against a Board-certified family lawyer with 30 years experience. The jury decided for our client, who is now living happily with the two children, and collecting child support.

In two tractor-trailer accident cases, we marshaled evidence for our client from investigators and accident reconstructionists. We built our damage models with the assistance of economists and experts in future medical care -- and we successfully mediated these cases, resulting in six and seven figure settlements -- without having to put our clients through the expense and hassle of a trial. Our firm demonstrated that it can take on the big cases, without cost to the attention we pay to every client.

A woman died, leaving her estate to her two adult daughters, and her disabled adult son. The younger daughter was named the Estate executor, and proceeds to purchase cars, move into Estate housing, hire personal staff, and live nicely, while distributing absolutely nothing to her two siblings. Representing the left-out son and daughter, we started needed benefits flowing to the disabled beneficiary, and resolved the matter with a disproportionate distribution of the Estate to our clients.

A California woman was accused of selling a substandard poodle to a litigious woman in Texas. We represented the California defendant, who was sued after the pooch somehow did not come in first in a prominent dog show. We argued there can be no guartee of success at such events, and that, in any event, the value of a loving canine companion can hardly be measured in quantity of trophies. We successfully got the case kicked out of court.

A woman came to our office after over ten years of a consistently abusive marriage. When she desired to do something about the abuse, we won for her a protective order from the Court. Shortly thereafter, she, as part of temporary orders in a divorce action, began health insurance coverage for the first time in her marriage, began to receive spousal support, while ensuring a safe place to live for her and her teenage son.

A small business needed terms for handling a huge quantity of purchase orders issued to firms around the country, and beyond. The company turned to us, which promptly got them terms that protected their interests, retained their attraction to their suppliers, protected their customers -- and were quickly added to the client's web site.

An east-coast resident came to our firm accused of a first-degree felony, subjecting him to a maximum sentence of life imprisonment. We vigourously pursued his case, including by seeking bail reductions and a deposition of the complaining witness. We also flew to the County where the alleged crime occurred. The client is at liberty, able to resume his life, in his prefereed city. Boenig & Teir protected his interests, and his liberty, while acting respectfully and compassionately to the complaining witness and the witness' fanily.
